My work is disrupting my routine, but there's not much I can do about it. We're in the middle of St. Nicholas celebrations (a Dutch thing!), and there's a lot to do at the end of the day.
So I didn't exercise at school again. Today's session was another circuit of  "Strength 2" which I could do at home. I'm still on level 1 which is sometimes a bit disappointing - sometimes I don't feel like I'm getting stronger - though I am doing it better so it must be that I was just incredibly out of shape to start with.
Still on the low carbs - doing well to stay off the biscuits and bread... and I'm enjoying the abundant fish and meat... the plus here is that I'm getting more adventurous in my cooking.
I googled some info on building muscle, specifically shoulder muscles - my injury  concerns me, and I don't want to miss out on developing them just because I can't do certain Shapeshifter exercises. Might have to add some new exercises to replace things I can't do. Still more research needed though. What's good is that everything I'm reading supports what Shapeshifter are teaching about fatloss and muscle-building, so I am assured that Shapeshifter is right on the ball with up-to-date training methods.
