Shapeshifter Review Part 4 - The Truth
Welcome to the final section of my Shapeshifter Review.
I've titled this section "THE TRUTH", because that's what the concluding chapter of a review should reveal. But it's MY truth... let's be clear on that. It's "subjective" - and it can't really be anything but subjective, as it's based on my experience, my observations, my perception, and my results (can anything be viewed entirely objectively?).
So, this is the truth according to me, that concludes a journey that was inspired by "The Blurb", motivated and stirred into action after exploration "Inside The Program", and ultimitely experienced in "The Reality".
Together, these four different sections build up a complete picture of the Shapeshifter program - a picture from which you can draw your own personal, realistic, subjective, non-misguided conclusions about the program's benefits and value, in light of your own needs, desires and cause.
In short, the TRUTH... ladies and gentlemen... is that it WORKS!

From a subjective point of view, that advanced quality of life plays the central role.
After my 6-week experience, I am convinced of two things:
1- Everyone has much more control over their body-shape than they think or believe.
2- Everyone who wants to take conrol of their body-shape, can benefit from the Shapeshifter Program.
I never had any real doubts that I could get the results I wanted from this program. I started with the understanding that I would get back what I put in - and the level of success or failure was my responsibility. This serves to illustrate some of the points made in the program's lifestyle-modules: know clearly what you want/why you want it/ and that you can have it.
In the audio-file module of the program, one of the questions asked to the experts was: "How do you choose between all the different programs available? They all seem to promise the same thing". The answer was unanimous - you need to know specifically what you want to achieve, and then find the program that delivers most strongly in that area. Most programs focus specifically on one element: fat-loss, strength building, flexibility, body-balancing, nutrition and diet... Some programs, like Shapeshifter combine all of these into a full-body improvement system. As you develop your body, it may also be wise to change programs to suit your developing goals. For me, as an absolute beginner, my desire was crystal-clear.
So what was it that I wanted? Well I wanted to look better and feel better about my body in general - but I needed to be more specific than that. I wanted to lose the body-fat around my belly, get it flat again like it was 5 years ago. And I wanted to build up the muscles on my shoulders, arms, chest, butt and legs. And I wanted to feel strong again, and supple; and have the stamina to be able to run long and far when I felt like it. I wanted to be able to jump and spring without creaking - to lift things without cracking - to be free from the aches and pains that have plagued me, and that I've blamed on my advancing years - to feel some "power" again.
But I also wanted fast results - a program that didn't involve mental and physical torture - a program I could fit into my schedule... that was exciting enough to get me up out of my comfy chair in front of the tv, get me activated, keep me motivated and committed. And something I could do anywhere anytime so I wasn't tied to one location or set times.
And then too, I wanted a program that would train my whole body in such a way that I would be able to tackle any physical activity, or sport, or pursuit, without having to follow another training regime specific to that activity.
Why I wanted all this, was to prepare myself optimally for a new lifestyle filled with a variety of physical experiences and adventures. And I knew I could have it, because the Shapeshifter program was designed to tackle and achieve all these "wants".
It seems a lot to ask for - but I did ask, and I did receive... and all from this one program.

In light of my own experience and results, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this program to everyone. But would everyone really benefit from it? I think if you are already a professional athlete or trainer, it's not going to bring any great changes to your physique - but then you wouldn't be needing it. For everyone else though, whatever condition you're in, the full-body training, and the nutritional advice will be awesomely effective.
(And if you've already entered middle-age - 45, 50, and beyond - then I can assure you 100% of the value and effectiveness of the Shapeshifter program... I should know - I'm a perfect example.)

Am I being too positive here? Am I being over-enthusiastic?
Ah maybe! But you know how it is when you've experienced something amazing - you want to tell everyone.
Maybe I had it easy though - I mean, I wasn't grossly overweight; and that belly of mine was a molehill compared to others. But my obstacles were just as real to me as those of others are to them... I still had to build my scrawny arms and chest up with muscle; and that molehill-belly was still a mountain for me. And I still had to DO the 6weeks and stick with it. It may have taken me longer than 6 weeks to make this transformation if I'd had more fat to lose - but I'd find it unrealistic to expect that if I'd had 200lbs to lose - just as I'd find it unrealistic to expect to get my results in just one week. The truth is - the larger the mountain, the longer it takes to conquer it.
But I realise also that the "6Week" claim is not really about miraculously shedding 200lbs overnight, or building 200lbs of solid muscle... it's about becoming a "SHAPESHIFTER" - and that means becoming someone who has the ability, knowledge, resources and self-belief to be "always" in control of his/her shape, regardless of the time it takes to do the "shapeshifting".
This is among the greatest lessons to be learned from this program, and I believe the most important transformation. It takes 6 weeks to break free from all the habits that have a negative effect on our body, and it takes 6 weeks to create and establish new, empowering habits. Following the Shapeshifter program for 6 weeks achieves this transformation, regardless of your starting weight and condition, and regardless of the grandness of your ultimate goal.
Give a man a fish, he can feed himself for a day - teach him how to fish and he can feed himself "everyday". The Shapeshifter program teaches you how to fish - teaches you how to be in control of your body-shape, to alter it and improve it whenever you wish, and as much as you wish. And you have that control everyday.

But this also brought about a psychological transformation... in my relationship to exercise and fitness and sport. I passed through the phase of exercising and controlling my diet for the sake of completing the program, and reached that important stage where I don't question it any more - where exercise and good nutrition are embedded into my natural daily patterns and rhythms.
What makes this so important for me is the assurity I feel, that I don't have to concern myself any more with getting in shape for the summer, or any other occassion. Staying in shape is much easier than getting in shape - and with the lifestyle I now have, maintaining my flat belly, my musclemass and strength, and my overall condition is pretty much guaranteed. Liberated through a new mind-set. Life-changing stuff! Was this included in the price of the program?
I paid 97$ for a shapeshifting course, and got that... and more. It was an excellent investment. I could have gotton more out the program - if I'd followed the nutrition plan more strictly, put more effort into my exercising, been stricter with myself during the Christmas festivities... I could have built more muscle-mass than I managed and shed even more body-fat. But that was up to me.
I had friends raise their eyebrows with cynicism when I started the program - questioning the sensibility of trusting in a program downloaded from the internet. But the results speak for themselves. And I really don't care what they think - I'm the one who took the step 6 weeks ago... and I'm the one enjoying the benefits now.

To sum up then: The Shapeshifter Body-Redesign program is a 6-week adventure into your real physical potential. A journey in which you conquer all your doubts about yourself, see through all the lies, excuses and self-deceit you've been using to hold you back from your goals and dreams, and unveil the "ideal you" that's been masked in body-fat, aches and pains, breathlessness, stiffness, diminishing muscle-mass and tone.
Six weeks is a very short time, and it passes quickly. But it is nevertheless long enough to create a lasting change; long enough to liberate you from the grip of ignorance and addiction - ignorance through lack of knowledge about how your body deals with the foods you feed it, and how it reacts to exertion and exercise; addiction to the foods that stimulate the storage of fat and the breakdown of muscle tissue. Six weeks will shake loose these shackles.

A lifestyle of physical pursuits and achievements, and the body to be able to do them... that was my dream - now it's my reality. I'll be in the mountains this month; I'll be on the beaches in the summer; I'll be exploring rivers and forests in the autumn; and who knows where I'll be or what I'll be doing in the winter. There's nothing to hold me back anymore. I'm 53, and I have a great new body - now I'm going to use it.
