You know how it is when you've experienced something amazing? - you want to tell the whole world about it! Well that's what I'm doing here.
I stumbled upon a workout program on the internet in the autumn of 2011 that hit me where I really needed to be hit. The program is called "ShapeShifter - Body Redesign" and it promised me the insight and means to transform my bodyshape according to my personal wishes. It came at just the right time for me. I'd led a comfortably care-free life up to then, untroubled by health or physique issues, able to eat what I like, as much as I like, and without special training to keep my fitness levels up. This changed however around my 48th year, and I'd been grieving the loss of my youthful figure more and more since then. I dabbled with jogging, tried the gyms, and googled diverse home-workout programs on the net - but nothing really inspired or motivated me to take committed action... until... The ShapeShifter program offered something different, something that appealed personally to me, and it enabled me to envisage myself with a completely new physique. I was sold immediately. So much so that I decided I would base my whole life around my physical improvement - at least for a full year. So I decided to make a project out of myself... be my own experiment and subject matter... and share the development and results of my project with as many people as I can reach. "My Great New Body" is the core of my project, the story of my transformation - but much more too... Because transforming my physique had a profound effect on my whole life - and inspired me, not just to pursue my physical potential, but to begin an adventure to totally transform my lifestyle and redesign my identity... Sounds ambitious I know - but at 53 years of age I've been awakened to the true unlimited freedom we have to really live the life of our dreams. The purpose of the site is three-fold: 1- To enlighten others on the value and benefits of this unique workout and nutrition program, that helped me to get right back into excellent shape in just 6 weeks; 2- To serve as a platform on which I can share my personal physical and lifestyle adventure, as I explore and discover the true "potential" of this "50 plus" body of mine; 3- To be a strong motivational resource for everyone who is looking for guidance, support and encouragement in their own goals for physical and lifestyle improvement. Whether you want to lose weight/body-fat; build up your muscle tone, mass and strength; improve your flexibility and stamina; retrieve your youthful posture and elegance; or halt and turn around the negative effects of aging. Whether you are looking for a whole new start in life, or trying to find some purpose within your present lifestyle. Whether you're in your 20's, 30's, 40's or "over 50 like me" - the goal with this site is to help you prepare yourself optimally for a long and continuingly active life... a life that is not dictated by the common and established consensus on aging, but by your own belief in your untouched potential. For this purpose, this site had to be much more than just "another" review platform for "another" diet and workout program... I wanted it to be the best and most comprehensive, independent review and motivational resource for everyone who prefers to be thoroughly convinced of a program's value before they commit themselves... and for everyone who doubts that there's still time to get in shape. 1) Shapeshifter Review The whole of this site is based on my transformation through the use of the "ShapeShifter - Body Redesign" program, so an in-depth review of the program is an obvious and necessary attribute of the site. For the purpose of being thorough and in depth, I've split the review up also into 4 parts - each dealing with a different stage of my experience with the program. 1) The Blurb: In this part I cover the promotional/sales-page of ShapeShifter... the page everyone gets to see first when they click on a link that takes them to the ShapeShifter website. In my review I cover all the interesting points that made me sit up and read further. Your needs might be different from mine, but it's always refreshing and helpful to see the benefits from another persons viewpoint. 2) Inside the program: This part covers what you don't see until you buy the program. I can't share all the information of course, but I can discuss how valuable the content is, and how it delivers on the promises from the sales-page. 3) The reality: This is the program in action, and provides an introduction and a link to my Program-diary - which covers my whole 6-week experience of following the workouts and the nutritional plans, and making the all-important lifestyle changes that ShapeShifter recommends. If you ever needed 100% proof of the value and character of a product, then this Program-diary supplies it... you can't get any more proof than this, without trying it for yourself. 4) The Truth: This is the definitive "last word" ... here I give my full evaluation, based on all my impressions and experiences with the program - completely subjective, completely independent. 2) Program Diary My program-diary is without doubt the most important part of my review of the ShapeShifter program - what better way to illustrate the value, the benefits, the features and the results of a workout program than to follow it through personally and record it every step of the way. With notes, evaluations, personal experiences, photos and video, I share my whole transformation experiment online, which gave me enormous motivation to achieve impressive results - because even I needed all the motivational leverage I could gather to get through this. And, I must admit, that I was so excited about the prospect of having a new, stunning body, that I just couldn't keep it to myself. The whole idea of making my health and physique the priority, in my life, instead of relegating it to something I may do later when I've got more time... well, this is for me already a huge and positive movement in the right direction. I'm looking forward to reaching 54, and looking better than I've ever looked in the last 20 years. I set up this program-diary as a blog - this made it easier for me to post my daily updates. And, being a blog, and a diary, it pretty much reflects me as I am in reality, with all my workout-inexperience at the time, and - at least at the beginning - my unpolished, unprocessed, unimproved 53-year-old body. The important thing though, is that you get to witness my project and transformation, step for step, every step of the way, over a 6 week period... and really get to judge for yourself if ShapeShifter is going to be the solution to your problems, and the key to your physical ambitions. 3) Blog The "NEW BODY - NEW LIFE" blog is where I get to post about anything and everything that comes across my path with regard to the "getting in shape" and "lifestyle" themes of this site. That can be experiences; stories and anecdotes; useful information and resources; photos and videos; links; dreams and goals; insights; problem solutions; ideas; inspirational and motivational content... I have a "bucket-list" of activities I want to experience, from being able to do a somersault, to running a marathon, and I believe that for all the obvious benefits of getting in shape, it's not just about looking and feeling good - but about "doing" good too... and by that I mean, what's the point of having a great new body if you're not going to use it? But I'm also busy re-designing my future - a future in which I have financial freedom, passive income sources; a future of travel and discovery; a future of continuing growth in knowledge and experience. Discovering how an "optimized" body can give you access to exciting opportunities that enhance all areas of your life, that for me is going to be the "real" benefit of this project - so let's see how a 53 year old is really capable of performing. 4) Articles This section contains a list of articles that have appeared on the blog, but that I deem of specific importance and interest, because they cover topics in more depth than other blog posts. My goal with these articles is to inspire you to listen to your own body and mind, and realize that exceptional fitness, fat-loss, muscle-building, and any level of physical opportunity is not out of your reach; nor is the attainment of all your lifestyle dreams. A word on "getting in shape".
It surprises me constantly that, with all the hundreds of health and fitness sites, thousands of articles on weight-loss and exercise, and ever more "online workout and diet programs" available on the internet, people are still desperately searching for the best way for themselves to get in shape. I have a suspicion that these people are addicted to the "desire to get in shape", but not committed to actually "getting in shape". How many diets do you need to lose weight; how many exercises do you need to get fit? How many times do you have to visit a health website before you get the message and apply it? In my opinion, it is more time-wasting (and painful) looking around for the perfect system, trying a bit of this and a bit of that, than it is to stick with one system that obviously works, and follow it through until you're fit enough to live actively in a natural manner - a manner that maintains your fitness and weight without having to go through the whole process of "getting fit" time and time again. It took me 6 weeks with Shapeshifter. I have the knowledge now that will ensure I can always repeat my results if I ever let myself go again. I don't have to try other programs, or other exercises, or other diets - I don't have to worry about getting in shape ever again. I don't have to waste my time searching for a better way... this way was prima. Now I can go out and do the things I really want to do. If you recognize yourself in the above group of people, then do yourself a favour... get fit, lose the weight, build the muscle strength and tone, once and for all, and be free from all the hassle for the rest of your life. Shapeshifter worked for me, at 53 years of age - as this site proves... so it's got to work for you too. Don't waste your time any more... you could still be searching for another 6 weeks, or you could be fit in another 6 weeks. There is so much pleasure to be gained from having the body you want, and being able to do the physical activities you want (or need) without being at the limits of your abilities. This site is a call-to-action for you - take charge of your body finally, and discover what you're really made of. |
